Appeal process

Lac Hong University (LHU) has an established and documented Appeal Process, issued under Decision No. 775/QĐ-ĐHLH dated August 10, 2023 by the Rector. This process applies to all individuals and units within the university and ensures employees can formally appeal decisions related to their rights, working conditions, or pay. Complaints are received, reviewed, and resolved by the Education Inspection Office, with clear steps including receipt of complaint, verification, formation of an investigation committee, dialogue with concerned parties, and issuance of a written resolution by the Rector. All cases are documented and archived by the Verification Team and the Education Inspection Office, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with Vietnamese labor and administrative law.
