Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO's)

The Master of Business Administration (MBA)

PLO1: Explore practical and comprehensive theoretical knowledge at an advanced level, demonstrating mastery within the field of Business Administration. Capable of synthesizing and systematizing in-depth specialized knowledge such as strategic management, operations management, finance, marketing, and human resources management. Clearly understand the significance of emerging knowledge and interdisciplinary integration between Business Administration and other fields.

PLO2: Critically appraise skills in collecting and processing information, critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, and advanced scientific evaluation of data and information. Possess research design thinking capabilities to evaluate and select optimal solutions to achieve defined business objectives.

PLO3: Establish and guide others in task execution. Demonstrate critical thinking, argumentative capabilities, and effective leadership conclusions. Able to research and evaluate changes within the business environment to propose suitable strategies aligned with organizational resources, effectively executing the four managerial functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

PLO4: Demonstrate the ability to synthesize, communicate, and effectively convey specialized knowledge in Business Administration clearly and professionally. Possess the language proficiency (English) required for effective professional communication, meeting the program's graduation standards.

PLO5: Capable of career analysis and self-orientation, effectively adapting to changing professional environments. Demonstrate the ability for lifelong self-learning to continuously improve and advance personal and professional competencies.
