When a fire occurs, one of the leading causes of fatalities is losing composure, which can prevent effective handling of the situation. Therefore, it's crucial to remain calm and take immediate evacuation measures. 

Equipping students with knowledge and skills in fire prevention, firefighting, and evacuation is crucial. Guidance on providing knowledge and skills in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue operations for students in educational institutions.

Propaganda and legal education on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue includes: the dangerous nature, consequences, and impact of fires and explosions on individuals, families, communities, and society; measures and procedures for fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue at home, schools, and within the community; responsibilities for reporting incidents of fire, explosions, and accidents when they occur.

For university education: integrate into national defense and security education courses and extracurricular activities; collaborate with relevant units in firefighting, rescue operations to organize training, practical sessions, and drills aligned with the curriculum of educational institutions.
