LHU aims for a sustainable future with the implementation of the 4DX Execution Principles and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
A spirited meeting saw FCE Vietnam introduce cutting-edge solutions designed to boost managerial efficiency, foster team growth, and establish a state-of-the-art learning environment at Lac Hong University.
According to FranklinCovey's research, an educational institution's success hinges on four fundamental elements: leadership development, team cohesion, the implementation of the 4DX Execution Principles, and culture building. Recognizing the significance of these factors, Lac Hong University is exploring a partnership with FCE Vietnam to implement training and consulting programs aimed at equipping faculty and staff with leadership skills, 21st-century life skills, and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
