LHU Career Fair 2024: Implementing CSR through Partnerships

LHU respectfully announces that the LHU Career Fair, the second time in 2024 will be officially held on November 16, attracting more than 80 leading businesses in different fields. The Career Fair is a biannual event of LHU, aiming to promote the connection and cooperation between the University and enterprises and to provide students with internship and job opportunities. This event also demonstrates LHU's strong commitment to enhancing students' capabilities and motivating their learning, while promoting sustainable partnerships between the University, businesses and the community.

Within the framework of the event, a Scholarship Fund for poor students overcoming difficulties will be also launched, aiming to motivate students in difficult circumstances to continue to study.

In addition, the event is an opportunity for the University and businesses to fulfill their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments by accompanying the young generation in training and education.

● Time: From 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m, November 16, 2024
● Venue: Campus 1, LHU - No. 10, Huynh Van Nghe Street, Buu Long Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
● Key activities:
- Opening ceremony and launching of the Scholarship Fund: Auditorium A301 (7:45 a.m- 11:30 a.m);

- Career Fair: Schoolyard, Campus 1 (8:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m).

2. About the LHU Career Fair 2024

The Career Fair 2024 marks its 5 year journey at LHU, affirming the University's commitment to supporting students to access internship and employment opportunities. This year' event themed “LHU and Businesses in the CSR journey” brings together more than 80 leading enterprises, opening up opportunities for students to meet employers directly, learn about recruitment positions, and participate in interviews right at the event.

• - Nearly 1,500 vacancies including full-time and part-time jobs
• - Various activities:
• · On-site interviews

· CSR exhibition booths
· More than 30 booths for students to explore
· A series of 10 key activities organized from October 23 to November 16, 2024 including seminars, workshops, office tours, and business exchanges to provide students with more learning and development opportunities.

3. About the Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund is an important initiative to support poor students in overcoming difficulties and maximizing their learning and career potential. This year, the Fund value reaches VND 1,195,300,000 sponsored by 35 businesses.

We would like to extend our deep gratitude to the businesses that have accompanied and contributed to the Fund, providing students with the necessary support and motivation to continue studying.
