Abstract: This study evaluates efforts to develop, organize and manage a BRT route for medium-capacity urban (Quy Nhon city of Binh Dinh province). Of priority concern are a comprehensive public transportation system, effective response capability to serve the general public with acceptable service quality, reasonable price, public safety, effectiveness of restricting private vehicles in certain areas, lower incidence of traffic accidents, reduced traffic congestion, and environmental concerns.
